Added support to the publisherNetworkReport and ctvPublisherNetworkReport query endpoints for the following:
- CREATIVE_DURATION, as declared by the buyer or creative source and expressed in seconds
- DEAL_TYPE, indicating the type of deal (e.g. Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP, etc.) and null when an Open Exchange transaction
- WINS, the number of ad requests that result in a won auction with the publisher
- RENDER_RATE, a formula indicating the percent of ad requests that result in a won auction with the publisher (RENDERED / WINS)
